Our projects include traditional unit developments (one and two bedrooms) typically 4 to 10 units each through to specific key worker accommodation solutions. As developers and investors we take and manages all development risks (including initial purchasing of sites and development consents). We only work with our trusted delivery partners and our unique approach to working with them results in consistently better investment outcomes when compared to a more traditional "project by project" transactional approach. Our ability to take and manage risks is backed by extensive property data analysis, our own feasibility calculator and cost benchmarks.
